1. Acceptance and Relationship to Main Terms

These MCP Server Terms & Conditions ("MCP Terms") govern your use of the CreatorSense AI Model Context Protocol servers ("MCP Servers"), including the Creator MCP and Agency MCP products. By enabling MCP access or generating an MCP API key, you agree to these MCP Terms.

These MCP Terms supplement the main Terms of Service ("Main Terms"). In the event of a conflict between these MCP Terms and the Main Terms, these MCP Terms take precedence for matters relating specifically to MCP Server use. All other provisions of the Main Terms continue to apply.

MCP Servers are currently in development ("coming soon"). These terms will govern access from the date MCP Servers are made available to users.

2. Eligibility

To access a CreatorSense MCP Server you must:

  • Hold an active, paid CreatorSense AI subscription (Free tier has no MCP access);
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Be in good standing — no outstanding payment failures, no active account suspension;
  • Agree to these MCP Terms and our MCP Privacy Policy.

For Agency MCP access, you must hold an active Agency plan (Scale, Empire, or higher).

3. Plan-Gated Access

MCP Server features and query limits are tied to your subscription plan:

Plan MCP Access Daily Query Limit
Free None
Starter Creator MCP (read-only) 50 queries/day
Pro Creator MCP (read-only) + TaxWise data 200 queries/day
Elite Creator MCP — full access Unlimited
Scale Agency MCP — roster access 500 queries/day
Empire Agency MCP — full access Unlimited

Query limits reset at midnight UTC daily. Limits are subject to change with 30 days' notice. We may impose temporary limits during high-demand periods; affected users will be notified by email.

4. Permitted Use

You may use CreatorSense MCP Servers solely to:

  • Query your own CreatorSense account data using AI tools you personally control;
  • Receive read-only data responses to support your creator business decisions;
  • Integrate your own CreatorSense data into personal AI workflows, automations, or dashboards;
  • For Agency plans — query data relating to creators you manage within your own authorised roster only.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use MCP Servers to:

  • Share API keys — your MCP API key is personal. Sharing it with any other person, team, or organisation not covered by your subscription is prohibited.
  • Resell access — you may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide MCP access to third parties as a commercial product or service.
  • Exceed rate limits by automation — you may not use scripts, bots, or automated tools to circumvent daily query limits or to make requests at a rate exceeding the technical limits of the API.
  • Access other users' data — any attempt to access data belonging to another CreatorSense user through the MCP Server will result in immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
  • Reverse-engineer the API — you may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the underlying data schema or business logic of the MCP Server beyond what is documented in our published MCP documentation.
  • Use for competitive intelligence — you may not use MCP Server outputs to build a competing product, benchmark our product, or produce research for commercial publication without our written consent.
  • Aggregate and re-publish — you may not aggregate data returned by the MCP Server and publish it in any form that reveals proprietary CreatorSense data structures or another user's information.
  • Stress-test without permission — load testing, penetration testing, or security scanning of MCP Server endpoints requires advance written permission from support@creatorsenseai.com.

6. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted using your MCP API key, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your API key has been compromised, you must revoke it immediately from Settings → Integrations → MCP and notify us at support@creatorsenseai.com.

We reserve the right to revoke any API key at any time without notice if we detect suspicious activity, abuse, or a violation of these MCP Terms.

7. Data Accuracy and Currency

Data returned via MCP Servers is drawn from your CreatorSense account, which in turn depends on data synced from your connected platforms. The accuracy and currency of MCP responses is therefore subject to:

  • The frequency of Data Sync connections for your plan;
  • Delays, outages, or API changes on connected third-party platforms;
  • The completeness of your platform connections.

MCP data is provided for informational purposes only. Decisions made on the basis of MCP outputs — including financial, tax, or business decisions — are your sole responsibility. CreatorSense AI is not liable for decisions made using MCP data.

8. No AI Advice

ARIA insights returned via MCP are AI-generated and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. You should not rely on MCP outputs in place of qualified professional advice for significant business decisions.

9. Subscription Required — Access Tied to Plan

MCP access is an extension of your CreatorSense subscription. If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is suspended for any reason, MCP access is revoked immediately. All active API keys are invalidated at the moment the subscription ends. No partial- period refunds are issued for unused MCP queries.

10. Modifications to MCP Servers

We reserve the right to modify, deprecate, or discontinue any MCP Server feature, endpoint, or tool at any time. For breaking changes we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email and our changelog. For security-related changes, immediate modification without notice may be necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorSense AI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the MCP Servers is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

We are not liable for any loss arising from: AI tool provider outages; third-party platform API changes; data inaccuracies in connected platform data; or decisions made using MCP outputs.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CreatorSense AI and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from: your violation of these MCP Terms; your misuse of the MCP Servers; or any claim by a third party relating to your use of MCP outputs.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your MCP access immediately, without notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these MCP Terms;
  • You breach the Main Terms of Service;
  • We detect abuse, fraud, or security violations associated with your API key;
  • Required by law or court order.

Upon termination, your MCP API keys are invalidated and you must immediately cease all use of the MCP Servers. Provisions of these MCP Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 12, 14, and 15) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These MCP Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these MCP Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

15. Changes to These MCP Terms

We may update these MCP Terms at any time. We will notify users with active MCP API keys by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the MCP Servers after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
