Usage & billing
How included usage works for creators and agencies, what happens when you hit a cap, and how overage is billed. List prices live on Pricing and Agencies; manage plans in-app under Settings → Usage & Billing.
Creator plans — ARIA & included caps
Paid creator tiers include a monthly pool of ARIA chat messages (and other limits such as platform connections, storage, and history) published on Pricing. Usage resets each billing month on your subscription renewal date.
| Plan | ARIA messages / month | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 50 | Core dashboard; upgrade for full intel |
| Standard ($9/mo) | 500 | Full analytics + ARIA chat |
| Pro ($29/mo) | 8,000 | Tax estimates, 8,000 ARIA/mo, priority AI, 100 GB storage |
ARIA Agent runs draw from the same billing account as chat where applicable; agent workflows (today: agency e-contract help on Scale+) consume more of your pool than a short question. See ARIA features and E-Contracts.
Agency desks: seats, pooled LLM tokens, add-ons, and overage are documented on Agency usage & billing. Plan comparison: Agency pricing.
Overage (creators & agencies)
Optional AI overage is off by default. When enabled in Usage & Billing, usage beyond your included pool is metered at the in-app list rate with a 1.5× multiplier (same rule for creator message overage and agency LLM token overage). This keeps pricing predictable when underlying model costs move—you are not silently billed per token in the background without opting in.
Agency: when the pooled token allowance is exhausted and overage is disabled, new LLM requests pause until the next billing cycle or until you enable overage. Creators: analogous behaviour applies to ARIA message caps on paid tiers.
Your desk should see consumption approaching limits in-product before you hit a hard stop.
Billing cycles & annual plans
- Monthly — renews each month on the date you subscribed; usage pools reset on renewal.
- Annual — ~17% discount vs paying 12× monthly (pay 10 months, get 12). Annual prices on marketing pages show effective monthly cost; the yearly charge is shown on each plan card when you toggle Annual.
- Upgrades / downgrades — change tier in-app; proration follows Stripe rules at checkout.
- Cancel — access continues through the period already paid; export data before or after cancel (Settings → Data Export). See Terms for refund policy on annual plans.
Fair usage
Fair usage: All plans include reasonable fair usage. Excessive automated usage may be reviewed.
Pools and token limits are sized for normal agency and creator operations—briefing, analytics, and human-in-the-loop ARIA workflows. Patterns that look like abuse (for example unattended high-volume agent loops across an entire roster 24/7) may trigger a review, rate limits, or a request to move to a higher tier or custom contract. We will contact account owners before taking disruptive action where possible.
