How capacity works (no seat tax)

Creators on your roster

Each plan includes roster capacity. Talent connects their own platforms and appears in your Book. AI draws from one shared desk budget — not a separate meter per creator. Need more capacity? Upgrade the tier. You never buy “seats” one by one.

Team members

Staff logins for talent managers, strategists, ops, and founders — included in the tier. Team seats don’t count against roster capacity. Larger team? Move up a plan.

How the shared AI budget works

Each plan includes a shared monthly AI budget for the whole desk workspace. Roster briefings and other AI features draw from one pool. Usage resets each billing month.

Fair usage: All plans include reasonable fair usage. Excessive automated usage may be reviewed.

Most desks stay inside Launch or Scale. If you regularly hit the ceiling, upgrade for a larger pool or enable AI overage (1.5×, opt-in). When overage is off and the budget is used, new AI requests pause until the next cycle. Details: Usage & billing.

Two things only: the flat subscription, and AI overage if you opt in past your pool. No per-creator or per-seat line items.
