What creator seats & team seats mean

Agency plans meter who you can attach to the workspace and how much AI the desk shares, not per-creator SaaS for every tool.

Creator seat

One managed talent on your roster: onboard via CSV, invite link, or OAuth (including Creator DNA). They connect platforms (with your approval flow), show up in roster intelligence, and count toward your creator-seat cap. When your team runs ARIA or agents on their data, usage draws from the pooled LLM token allowance for the whole agency, not a separate AI cap per creator.

A creator seat is not a creator plan (Free, Standard, or Pro). Those plans are for solo creators running their own workspace on their own bill. Your agency plan covers the desk only.

Team seat

One staff login for your agency (account manager, strategist, ops, founder) with access to the agency workspace, invites, billing, and roster views. Team seats do not count as creators on the roster and do not add their own token pool.

A person is usually either a rostered creator or a team member, not both under one login. Need another staff user? Add a team seat or upgrade tier.

How seats, tokens, and overage are metered ?

How agency LLM tokens work

Each plan includes a pooled monthly token allowance for the whole agency workspace. ARIA chat, agent runs, and other LLM-backed features draw from one shared meter, not a separate cap per creator. Usage resets each billing month; your desk sees consumption in product as you approach the limit.

Fair usage: All plans include reasonable fair usage. Excessive automated usage may be reviewed.

Most agencies stay inside the included pool at Launch or Scale. If you consistently run hot, upgrade tier for a larger bundle, add seats only where needed, or enable LLM overage (billed at 1.5× the normal token rate after the included pool is exhausted, the same multiplier as creator plans). When overage is off and the pool is fully used, new LLM requests pause until the next cycle or you turn overage on in billing settings. Details: Usage & billing (Agency).
