Each tier is a flat subscription covering roster capacity, team access, and a shared monthly AI token budget for the whole workspace.

AI overage
- AI overage: 1.5× normal token rate after your plan budget is used (opt-in — when disabled, new AI requests pause until your next billing cycle)
What happens when you hit the limit
When the shared AI budget is exhausted and overage is disabled, new AI requests pause until the next billing cycle or until you enable overage in billing settings. You can see your current usage inside the product as you approach the limit.
Fair usage: All plans include reasonable fair usage. Excessive automated usage may be reviewed.
