CreatorSense is for talent managers and talent management agencies. You pay a flat subscription for the desk — roster capacity and team seats included. The only variable charge is AI overage if you opt in past your pool:

Monthly is the default. Annual billing saves 2 months if you prefer that commitment. Monthly plans are not locked into annual — you can stop at the end of a billing period. We size Launch / Scale / Empire with you before you buy so you are not paying for empty capacity.
Each plan includes capacity for a fixed number of creators and team members. Creators connect their own platforms and appear in your dashboard. Team members get staff logins — account managers, strategists, ops. All AI usage draws from one shared budget for the whole desk.
Creator-sovereign connections only — talent connects platforms in a scoped workspace. Your agency never holds creator passwords. Roster data is isolated per agency. Details: security policy, privacy, and data retention.
Yes. Most desks run CreatorSense alongside existing spreadsheets or point tools while they prove the desk, then cut over. We size capacity to your live roster so you are not forced into a big-bang migration. Book a sizing call and we will map a parallel run that fits your contracts.
Major creator monetisation platforms are supported via OAuth and/or our Data Sync extension — including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Patreon, Twitch, Substack, OnlyFans, and others. Coverage depth varies by platform (API limits and dashboard sync). On a demo we show what is live for your roster’s actual mix — we do not claim every niche platform is equally complete.
Signed roster agreements with a permanent verify link. Your counsel writes the contract; we handle the signing flow, storage, and permanent digital proof. Included on Scale (50 agreements/mo) and Empire (higher allowance — see usage & billing). Creators never need crypto wallets. Optional blockchain anchoring is infrastructure detail — the product pitch is the verify link and audit trail.
No. Your agency plan covers the desk. Creators on your roster connect their accounts so you can see the numbers — they don’t pay your invoice and there’s no per-seat charge for talent.
No. Creators see only their own workspace. You see what they choose to share with you. The data flow is one-way — from creators into your dashboard — not the other way around.
Most agencies have their first creator connected within the same day. Once you're in the workspace, sending a creator invite takes a few minutes. We reply within one business day for any setup questions — just contact us.
