Getting Started

Creator Sense AI shows which content and platforms actually drive revenue for subscription-first creators. Connect your accounts free, see payouts and performance in one dashboard, and ask ARIA what to do next from that data—not generic creator tips. Most paid users choose Pro ($29/mo) for TaxWise and ARIA Agent.

Ideal users:

  • Multi-platform creators (YouTube + TikTok + Instagram, etc.)
  • Subscription creators (Patreon, Substack, Teachable)
  • Creators treating their content as a business
  • International creators needing tax guidance

Not ideal for:

  • Hobbyist single-platform creators (use YouTube Studio, it's free)
  • Large agencies needing 50+ seats
  • People who just need a bio link (use Linktree)

Fair question. Here's our answer:

  1. We never store your platform passwords: secure authorised connections; see How it works
  2. You can export your account data: CSV or JSON download from the Data Export page (Settings menu → Data Export) with a full history of every export you’ve ever run
  3. You can delete everything: full GDPR/CCPA compliance
  4. We explain how it works: see our How It Works page
  5. We're a registered Australian business, operating under the Australian Privacy Act

Platform Connections

You connect each network from Settings in the Creator Sense app using secure, industry-standard sign-in on the platform’s own site. We receive limited access tokens where the provider supports them - we never store your platform passwords. For a full walkthrough (including optional browser sync where a network has no public API), see How it works.

No. Never. We store only the secure tokens and credentials the connection method requires (for example OAuth tokens where applicable). Revoke access from the platform’s third-party app settings or disconnect in Creator Sense - we lose access when you do.

Yes. CreatorSense AI treats subscription creators as first-class users Patreon, Substack, Teachable, and the rest sit in the same dashboard as your social and video platforms. Every feature tier you subscribe to applies with no separate product tier.

Connections use the same security story as everywhere else: you authorise access from the app, we never ask you to hand over platform passwords, and you can disconnect anytime. Technical detail (OAuth vs optional browser sync for networks without a public API) is on How it works.

We will never ask for your Patreon, Substack, or any platform password in chat or email. Anyone who does is impersonating us.

30+ supported networks across social, subscription, commerce, audio, newsletters, wellness, and more - connect what you use from the app. The list changes as we ship integrations; this FAQ is representative, not exhaustive.

Examples include YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitch, Snapchat, Pinterest, Spotify, Patreon, Gumroad, Stripe, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon Storefront, LTK, Beehiiv, Depop, Patreon, Substack, Google Drive, and optional wellness sources (e.g. Google Fit, Fitbit, Strava, Oura, Apple Health) where available in product.

How it works explains how connections are secured; the team maintains a detailed matrix in internal docs for exact per-platform methods.

Efficiency & Growth

Stop switching between ten browser tabs. One HQ dashboard shows YouTube, TikTok, Patreon, and more in one view. ARIA on Standard+ turns that into next moves—most paid creators add TaxWise and ARIA Agent on Pro ($29/mo).

Most tools only show what you made. Our ORACLE Revenue Intelligence shows where you're headed. ORACLE analyses your connected platform revenue history to produce 30, 60, and 90-day forecast ranges - helping you plan for investments, purchases, or tax planning. Forecast precision improves as your data history grows.

Connect platforms free, then open Audience Intel and Content ROI to tie posts to payouts. ARIA on Standard+ answers what to make next from your connected data—not generic templates. Audience Intel · Pricing (most paid creators choose Pro at $29/mo).

TaxWise is the core of our financial suite on Pro. It auto-imports revenue from connected platforms and tracks deductible expenses by category. It provides tax liability estimates for 9 countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Netherlands, Brazil), with quarterly payment schedules so you're never surprised at year-end. Standard and Free tiers do not include TaxWise—upgrade in app when you are ready. Always consult a licensed tax professional for filing advice.

Comparisons

Creatorly is built for general social scheduling. CreatorSense is built for which content pays you—revenue-linked intelligence, ORACLE forecasts, and ARIA on your connected numbers.

Choose Creatorly if you only need a scheduler. Choose CreatorSense if you run a multi-platform creator business and want one HQ for payouts, tax, and next moves. See Pricing (most paid creators start on Pro at $29/mo).

AI Features

Think of ARIA as your personal business strategist. It runs across five domains Strategy, Operations, Finance, Wellness, and Network each with its own prompt, context window, and closed-loop Outcomes tracker so you can see what actually worked weeks after you asked.

Behind ARIA sits a proprietary data normalisation layer that unifies every connected platform into a single schema, so ARIA’s recommendations are grounded in your real metrics not raw exports, not disconnected dashboards.

No. ARIA is built on top of OpenAI's GPT models, but it's much more than a wrapper:

  • Domain routing: Questions go to specialized handlers (Strategy, Finance, etc.)
  • Data integration: ARIA has context from your connected platforms
  • Custom prompts: Each domain has carefully designed system prompts

Yes. We understand that adult and subscription creators are heavily underserved by traditional business tools. We built a secure, Zero-Knowledge browser extension that aggregates your subscription platform revenue data directly into your dashboard alongside YouTube and TikTok-without ever needing or seeing your password. You finally get a full picture of your PPV, subscriber value over time, and tipping metrics.

Yes. ARIA can spot patterns in your connected data and suggest practical next steps. For example, if ad revenue drops while views stay steady, ARIA can flag that change and suggest where to focus your next content cycle.

Pricing & Billing

Yes. No credit card, no trial period. Connect two platforms (one account each) and start seeing your revenue data immediately, with ARIA chat within the Free monthly message pool.

Tier Price Best For
Free $0 Exploring · 2 platforms · 50 ARIA messages/mo
Standard $9/month Full analytics OS + ARIA chat · no TaxWise
Pro $29/month Full plan: tax estimates, 8,000 ARIA/mo, 100 GB storage

Agency SaaS bills your workspace only. Creator plans (Free, Standard, or Pro) are a separate product for solo creators, not part of your agency invoice. Launch from $399/mo; most desks pick Scale at $699/mo; Empire anchors large portfolios at $1,199/mo.

Full tier caps, seats, tokens, e-contracts, and add-ons: Agency pricing · Agency FAQ · Agency desk.

For most full-time creators, Pro replaces a basic bookkeeping stack and scattered analytics tabs—because it bundles TaxWise and priority AI routing with 30+ platform connections. At $29 versus hundreds in disconnected subscriptions (or VA time), the value is designed to be obvious. See Pricing for caps (AI messages, storage, etc.).

Standard ($9/mo) unlocks the full analytics surface: revenue forecasts, Creator DNA, Audience Intel, and ARIA chat at the monthly limits on Pricing. No tax estimates or ARIA Agent.

Pro ($29/mo) is the full creator plan: tax estimates (9 countries), 8,000 ARIA messages/mo, 30+ platform connections, Content ROI, and 100 GB Asset Library. ARIA Agent (agentic in-app assistant) ships on agency desks today — see E-Contracts and Agency pricing.

Personalized intelligence is what you see in the product: forecasts, cross-platform signals, and explanations tuned to your Creator DNA—not a generic dashboard dump. Under the hood, Prism links ingestion, identity, payouts, and performance so ARIA and ORACLE reason over the same truth your HQ shows. We don't publish every internal scoring detail; that stays in the app on purpose.

On Pro you can also optionally anchor a fingerprint of a piece to the Arweave decentralised permanence network (often described as Web3 infrastructure)—a public, tamper-evident timestamp useful when you need proof for licensing or disputes. That is separate from your day-to-day earnings views and does not replace qualified legal advice.

Pro can optionally write a compact record of a publish to the Arweave network—a decentralised permanence layer (often grouped with Web3 infrastructure) designed so a third party can verify what was registered and when, without relying on a single company's database. CreatorSense uses it for optional publish proof, not for trading tokens or moving money on-chain. Typical uses: “I shipped this first” evidence, licensing packets, or portfolio credibility. Your everyday analytics and payouts views work without blockchain; anchoring is opt-in and may incur a small network fee paid to Arweave at submission time where applicable.

Yes. Upgrade and downgrade controls live inside the app. No emails required.

No. TaxWise provides tax estimates and helps you understand how much to set aside. It is not a filing service and not legal or tax advice. TaxWise is available on Pro only. Always consult a qualified tax professional for filing.

Yes. Before or after canceling, open the Data Export page (Settings menu → Data Export) and download your account data as CSV or JSON. Every export you run is logged so you always have a record of what was downloaded and when. Your data belongs to you always.

Free, Standard, and Pro are available in the Creator Sense app under Settings → Usage & Billing via Stripe Checkout. Card and wallet methods supported by Stripe (for example Apple Pay or Google Pay) may appear depending on your device and region. Annual billing is offered where you see it in checkout and on Pricing (site copy reflects the advertised yearly discount). The Free tier stays available without a card.

Each paid tier includes a monthly pool of ARIA messages and other caps (AI messages, storage, etc.) published on Pricing. Agency desks use pooled LLM tokens—see Usage & billing. If you enable optional AI overage in billing settings, usage beyond the included pool is metered at the in-app list rate with a 1.5× multiplier so pricing stays predictable when underlying model costs move—not a surprise per-token bill in the background.

Plans are month-to-month unless you choose an annual term in checkout. Cancel from your account; access continues through the period you already paid for. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Usage & Billing.

Taxes & Finance

Many subscription platforms do not withhold any tax. You receive your full earnings (minus their 20% platform cut) and you are personally responsible for paying income tax and self-employment tax (in the US), National Insurance (UK), or equivalent in your country.

In most countries, self-employed creators pay tax quarterly - not annually. Missing quarterly payments results in underpayment penalties on top of what you owe.

Simple rule: Move 25-30% of every payout to a dedicated savings account immediately. That is not your money. When the bill arrives, you're ready.

Use our free Tax Estimate Calculator to get a specific quarterly estimate based on your income and country, free account, no credit card required.

Tax estimates only. Always consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.

Common legitimate deductions for creators include:

  • Equipment: Camera, lighting, ring lights, microphone, phone and laptop (proportional to business use)
  • Software: Editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro), scheduling tools, CreatorSense subscription
  • Home office: If you have a dedicated room used exclusively for your business, a proportion of rent, internet, electricity may be deductible
  • Content costs: Costumes, outfits, props, sets purchased specifically for content production
  • Hair & makeup: Proportional to business shoots
  • Professional services: Accountant fees, legal advice
  • Marketing: Ads run for your creator business
  • Platform fees: Subscription platform fees (typically 20%) - these are business expenses, not taxable income

Keep receipts and use a dedicated business bank card to separate personal and business spending. On Pro, TaxWise inside CreatorSense helps track categories automatically.

Yes, in most countries. Quarterly deadlines by country:

  • US: April 15, June 17, September 16, January 15
  • Australia: PAYG instalments - usually October 28, February 28, April 28, July 28
  • UK: Payments on Account in January and July, plus balancing payment
  • Canada: March 15, June 15, September 15, December 15

On Pro, TaxWise calculates your obligation automatically based on your connected platform earnings. The free Tax Calculator gives you a quick estimate without an account.

Subscription Creators

Yes, fully. CreatorSense AI was built knowing that most other professional tools ban subscription creators - and we deliberately chose not to.

We support Patreon, Substack, Teachable, and all major subscription platforms alongside YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more. Capabilities depend on your plan—every creator type is welcome, but TaxWise, deeper Platform Intelligence, and optional Arweave proof unlock on Pro as described on Pricing. ARIA Agent (e-contract workflows) is on agency Scale+.

We never host, view, or interact with your content. We analyse business metrics (subscriber counts, revenue, engagement) - exactly what any analytics platform does for any creator.

See supported platforms & roadmap status →

Some subscription platforms don't offer public APIs, so we built our own solution - the CreatorSense Data Sync browser extension. It runs locally in your browser and reads the data visible on your own dashboard while you're already logged in, the same way you would view it yourself.

No passwords are ever stored. No credentials are transmitted. You can revoke access at any time by removing the extension. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Install CreatorSense Data Sync from the Chrome Web Store (live; version and permissions are shown on the listing).

Note: CP Connect is a separate CreatorSense feature - it's our creator collaboration network for finding verified collaboration partners. It has nothing to do with platform data sync.

We design all platform integrations to comply with each platform's Terms of Service. We will never automate actions on your behalf, interact with other users through your account, or store your login credentials. You should always review the current ToS of any platform you use and make your own judgment. We will provide full ToS compliance documentation when direct subscription platform integration launches.

This is exactly why platform diversification matters. CreatorSense shows your current income distribution across platforms and highlights how much of your revenue is concentrated in any single platform - we call this your "diversification risk score."

ORACLE can model what happens to your revenue forecast if a platform suddenly disconnects, and can forecast the income impact of adding a second subscription platform. The goal is income diversification ensure you can survive losing any single source. ensure you can survive losing it.

Revenue & Growth

Most subscription creators set their price based on what competitors charge - which is guessing, not pricing. ORACLE analyses your specific subscriber behaviour - engagement levels, spending patterns, rebill rates - to help identify whether you're underpriced for your specific audience.

The counterintuitive insight: subscribers who engage deeply with your content are far less price-sensitive than you think. Losing low-engagement subscribers on a price increase often results in higher revenue with fewer subscribers. Use our free Pricing Calculator to model different scenarios.

Start with your concentration score: what percentage of your income comes from each platform? If any single platform is over 70% of your income, you have a single point of failure.

When adding a second subscription platform, position it as an upgrade - exclusive content not available elsewhere - rather than a copy of your existing platform. Target 15-25% of your existing subscribers to follow. Over 6 months, aim to get the second platform to 20%+ of total income.

CreatorSense's diversification dashboard shows your current risk score and forecasts the income impact of expansion. ARIA can walk you through the specific steps based on your Creator DNA archetype.

Your Creator DNA is your archetype - the content style, audience relationship, and revenue model that fits your natural way of creating. The five archetypes are: Educator, Entertainer, Lifestyle Influencer, Expert Analyst, and Community Builder.

Each archetype has a different optimal first revenue stream, platform priority, and growth strategy. Knowing yours stops you from trying every strategy at once and helps you focus on what will actually work for your specific style.

Common Creator Questions

CreatorSense Audience Intel identifies churn risk automatically. Its Fans directory analyses engagement frequency, DM activity, PPV open rates, and rebill history to score every subscriber as Hot, Warm, or Cold.

Fans who drop into Cold status get flagged as at-risk, giving you time to re-engage them with a DM, exclusive offer, or price incentive before they cancel. The industry average churn rate is 40–50% per month Audience Intel helps you beat that systematically rather than guessing.

The safe general rule is 25-35% of every payout, but the exact amount depends on your country and total annual income:

  • United States: Self-employment tax (15.3%) plus federal income tax typically lands between 28-40% combined.
  • Australia: PAYG instalments usually sit at 25-30% of gross income.
  • United Kingdom: Class 4 National Insurance plus income tax can total 29-45%.
  • Canada: CPP contributions plus federal/provincial tax typically total 30-45%.

CreatorSense TaxWise calculates your personal estimate automatically based on your connected earnings and country. Try the free Tax Estimate Calculator →, free account, no credit card required.
