  1. Build your Creator DNA

    Set your archetype, content pillars, and goals. Every ARIA recommendation, every publishing timing suggestions, and every ideal posting time is calibrated to your DNA. Complete this once and the whole platform personalises around you.

  2. Connect platforms

    Use in-app connections for each network you want. You approve access on the platform’s own login—not ours.

  3. Run the business layer

    ARIA turns DNA and performance signals into next moves. On Pro and Pro, TaxWise tracks actuals and tax prep, and Audience Intel scales with your audience (see Pricing). Standard stays on analytics and ARIA chat. Revenue and engagement stay visible in HQ and Platform Intelligence as data syncs.

  4. Read Platform Intelligence

    Creator Sense keeps payouts, posts, and engagement in one layer—so you see which surfaces moved revenue and retention, not vanity metrics alone. Deeper modeling and desk-scale features concentrate on Pro and Pro; every tier benefits from clearer telemetry as you connect more data.

  5. Act with ARIA

    Ask what to do next, explore revenue outlooks, and use AI-assisted drafting where your plan allows — always grounded in the data you connected. Agent workflows unlock on Pro and above; see Pricing.

Revoke anytime. Disconnect a platform in Creator Sense or remove access from the platform’s own security settings. We only work with the access you grant.

Plans at a glance: Standard is the full analytics and ARIA chat tier—generous limits, no TaxWise, no ARIA Agent. Pro adds tax estimates, priority AI, and 30+ platform connections. What we access and what we do not

We focus on business and performance data you need to run your creator business: earnings summaries, subscriber counts, content performance, and related dashboard metrics. We do not store your platform passwords. We do not use your connections to read private fan conversations as a general data channel. Audience Intel (including the Fans directory) and similar features work from data surfaced for your creator account in product, not from snooping unrelated inboxes.

  • Revenue and payout summaries where the platform exposes them to you
  • Subscriber counts, churn signals, and engagement metrics you rely on for decisions
  • Content metadata (titles, dates, performance) for analytics and intelligence
  • Your platform passwords (we use tokens and secure flows—never a password vault for OF/TikTok/etc.)
  • Payment card or bank numbers (those stay with the platform or your processor)
  • Bulk scraping of private messages outside what the product explicitly needs for features you turn on

AI in plain terms

ARIA is an assistant that answers questions using your connected data. Revenue forecasts show likely trends based on your history, but they are not guarantees. On higher tiers, ARIA can propose drafts and workspace updates — but nothing writes without your explicit approval.

More detail: how connections work

Many platforms use industry-standard sign-in (for example OAuth). You authenticate on the platform’s own site; we receive limited access to sync the metrics that power your dashboard. You can revoke access anytime from Creator Sense or from that platform’s security settings.

Where a public API isn’t available, an optional CreatorSense Data Sync browser extension can help while you’re signed in on the official site—still without us storing your platform password. Get CreatorSense Data Sync on the Chrome Web Store (Chrome; Edge and other Chromium browsers that support the Web Store).

Google Drive can be linked in-app for media in publishing flows. Wellness-related options appear in-app under Settings where available.
