What this demo is. The tiled IDs and the corner badge above are the visible proof
layer — real, burned into the pixels, yours to download. Tiling is why it survives a
crop: take any corner off and the reference is still there a dozen more times.
Production Trace also embeds an invisible forensic watermark underneath, which
survives what cropping can’t touch — a re-encode, a screenshot, a re-upload. That layer
can’t run in a browser tab, and reading it back is what Decode does in the app. A match
returns a delivery account, not a person, and only when it clears the confidence gate.
