Our site only

What to include
The work, where it appears on our site, your good-faith statement and signature.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake, you can respond.
In full
Six sections, in plain English.
1. What this covers
This policy is for reporting content on CreatorSense's own website, blog, app pages, documentation or marketing that you believe infringes your copyright or trade mark. The site and its content belong to CreatorSense, a business name of Matt Orchard (sole trader), ABN 65 815 285 275, Sydney NSW, Australia unless stated otherwise.
It is not the way to report a leak of a creator's content elsewhere on the internet. CreatorSense does not host other people's leaked content, and Trace does not take content down; creators use their own takedown provider or send their own notices.
If you believe a Trace customer has uploaded your content to CreatorSense without permission, use the same process; we review it under the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. How to send a notice
Email info@creatorsenseai.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- the work you say is infringed (or a list of works), and evidence that you own it or act for the owner;
- the address (URL) of each item on our site you want removed, specific enough for us to find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, where you act for the owner, that you are authorised to do so;
- your physical or electronic signature.
This follows the elements required for notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and is also how we handle notices under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 and other laws.
3. What we do
- We acknowledge your notice and review it promptly.
- If it is complete and valid, we remove or disable the material and, where someone else provided it, tell them.
- If the notice is incomplete, we tell you what is missing.
- We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe, where appropriate.
4. Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, email info@creatorsenseai.com with the subject "Counter-notice" and: your name, address, phone and email; the removed material and where it was; a statement, under penalty of perjury where that law applies, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or of New South Wales, Australia if you live outside the United States and Australia) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice; and your signature. We forward it to the person who sent the original notice and may restore the material unless they tell us they have started legal action.
5. Misuse
Do not send false or abusive notices. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes, or was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages.
6. Our names and marks
CreatorSense and Trace are names we use for our business and products. Do not use them, or anything confusingly similar, in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you, except to refer to our products accurately. Referrers follow the brand rules in the Referral Programme Terms.
