CreatorSense MCP Terms

Effective: 8 August 2026 · Last updated: 8 August 2026

1. Acceptance

These CreatorSense MCP Terms (“MCP Terms”) govern your use of the CreatorSense Model Context Protocol server at https://www.creatorsenseai.com/mcp (“MCP Server”). By connecting an AI client or otherwise using the MCP Server, you agree to these MCP Terms and the CreatorSense MCP Privacy Policy.

CreatorSense is the MCP product for individual creators. It is separate from Orolith (the talent desk / agency product). Agency roster MCP tools are not covered by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To use CreatorSense MCP you must:

  • Hold an active CreatorSense-linked account with an eligible MCP subscription tier;
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Be in good standing (no unpaid invoices or active suspension);
  • Agree to these MCP Terms and the MCP Privacy Policy.

3. Access and fair use

Tools available through the MCP Server depend on your plan: Free (basic tools) or Pro ($10 USD/mo, advanced tools). We do not meter every query as a billable unit, but we may throttle or suspend traffic that threatens service stability (including automated loops or bulk extraction). If we introduce a published hard limit, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email where practicable.

4. Permitted use

You may use CreatorSense MCP solely to:

  • Query your own authorised creator account data via AI tools you control;
  • Receive responses to support your own content, growth, and business decisions;
  • Integrate your data into authorised AI workflows for your personal or sole-trader use.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense MCP access as a commercial product or service;
  • Attempt to access another user’s data;
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service with automation;
  • Reverse-engineer the MCP Server beyond published documentation;
  • Use outputs to build a competing product or for unauthorised competitive intelligence;
  • Stress-test or penetration-test without prior written permission from info@creatorsenseai.com.

6. Authentication and security

Access uses OAuth (or equivalent) against your CreatorSense-linked account. You are responsible for activity under your authenticated session. Revoke Claude (or other client) access at any time from the client’s integration settings and/or your account security controls. Notify us promptly at info@creatorsenseai.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Data accuracy

MCP responses reflect data synced from your connected platforms into your account. Accuracy and freshness depend on sync health, third-party APIs, and the completeness of your connections. MCP outputs are informational only. Decisions you make using them are your sole responsibility.

8. No professional advice

Insights returned via MCP, including AI-generated analysis, do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on MCP outputs in place of qualified advice for significant decisions.

9. Subscription and termination

MCP access is tied to your eligible subscription. If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is suspended, MCP access may be revoked immediately. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these MCP Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement.

10. Modifications

We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue MCP features. For material breaking changes we aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice where practicable. Security-related changes may take effect immediately.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorSense’s total liability arising from MCP use is limited to the fees you paid us for CreatorSense MCP in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for AI-provider outages, third-party platform changes, data inaccuracies, or decisions made using MCP outputs.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CreatorSense and its officers, employees, and contractors against claims arising from your violation of these MCP Terms, misuse of the MCP Server, or third-party claims relating to your use of MCP outputs.

13. Governing law

These MCP Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these MCP Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
